I don't really have a lot to contribute, except to say that the situation in the UK sucks at the moment (but shows signs of recovering? At least I think...), and that from how you've described it there are a multitude of non-tumor-related factors that are contributing to your discomfort.

Keep on and things are likely to improve. Remember you've recent taken a COVID vaccine too so your immune system has run a marathon. Go easy on yourself. Go for a walk somewhere with few people. That's intrinsically healing.

Also it seems appropriate to share this - one of my favourite ambient albums. It has the effect of immediately dispelling some tension, especially tracks 2 and 3. Worth a go, anyway.

I think I should start going for more walks... though I end up getting anxious about having some anxiety-related attack far from home so they're not as calming as they could be! What I really need is a distraction, to stop thinking about it incessantly...

I feel like I recognise the name Steve Roach, though I don't know where from... Maybe I'm familiar with his music and have some of it on a playlist? I think I'll listen to that, so thanks for the link!
