Great album cover! CBC was always one of my favorite games of yours. I hope you feel better soon. I think walking around helps a bit; even if you can't go outside you can still do some basic exercise.

I've been using VR for that! And it helps a bit in the moment, though sadly it's not a cure. Better to do it than not, though!
