Well, I was thinking about making it with Unity, since I've learn it for years now and I think I can make a 2D RPG game just like the old Mardek, and then Create a random Patreon page where I'll post multiple fan games so the people can install the games from Patreon, and I wanted one of those games to be Mardek since is one of my favorites, but I only wanted to know if that's okay legally, I mean even if I do this fan made game I'm not trying to claim it or anything, I'm just doing it because I love making games and I love Mardek, so I will always mention that you are the creator of Mardek and that's just a fan made game. Or is there another way to do this, please tell me ?
